| Here you will find an assortment of my delicious wedding cakes. You’ll note there are 2 basic types of icing used; Creamy and Fondant. Click on the images to enlarge
Creamy (Smooth & Light) is my regular frosting, which is very delicious. It practically melts in your mouth. I can form the creamy to look like traditional frosting or to take on the appearance of fondant. Fondant is a roll out, and rather chewy frosting. This frosting is primarily for appearance as it is smooth and holds shape very well. |
